1. Sessions and chapters purchased by individuals at rate A may only be used by the purchaser. They may not be passed on to any other person, but can be used either for his/her own personal study or for him/her to deliver group sessions only in the department where the purchaser works. In the latter case permission is granted to copy study sheets needed by learners to a maximum of 20.

2. Sessions and chapters purchased separately from the whole course at rate B can be used anywhere and by anyone within the purchasing organization, and only that organization. Permission is granted to copy materials for group use wherever and whenever it is needed in the organization..

3. Where all available chapters and sessions are purchased by a local or regional authority, permission is granted to make this available to all organizations and people within that authority’s geographical area. This includes permission to make it available in a closed area, (ie one that is not accessible by other authorities or organizations outside the geographical area) on the Authority’s website. It also includes permission to add to, delete from or amend the materials as it sees fit.

4. Local and regional authorities requiring special purchasing arrangements, such as purchase orders, should contact enquiries@longlearn.org.uk, which will deal with the necessary paperwork.

5. While every effort has been made to ensure a high quality in these learning materials, some small errors may occur. Downloaded and paid for sessions and chapters cannot be returned and payment will not be refunded.

6. Long Learn Limited does not accept liability for

a) Sessions and chapters which do not meet the requirements of the purchaser
b) Inaccuracies in the presentation of materials
c) Controversies arising as a result of taking or delivering sessions
d) Misuse of any part of the materials by any purchaser or person coming into contact with the ,materials

7. Free delivery: All sessions and chapters are delivered free on receipt of the payment. At rates A and B they are delivered electronically to the purchaser immediately after payment is confirmed. Where a purchaser is buying the whole course, this can be delivered electronically or on a DVD disk.

8. Ordering and payment. At rates A and B ordering can only be done online by computer and by credit or debit card. For non-sterling payments, the rate will be at the exchange rate on the day of delivery. The rates A and B confirmation of purchase will also be delivered electronically. Where the whole course is to be purchased, the payment amount depends upon the population of the purchasing authority. Initial enquiries can be made to enquiries@longlearn.org.uk.

9. Please note that we need a personal identification by the purchaser for our records. No information will be passed on to any other organisation except where the law demands it.
